                  and meat or sauces.
         Egg curry:This curry is spicy curry with boiled eggs, spices
         and cooked in onion, tomato gravy.

Indian most popular vegetarian food.

   Bharta: vegetarian dish that is prepared by mincing eggplant
                  that is grilled over charcoal or direct fired mixed with
         fresh 
cilantrochili pepper, onion and mustard oil.
CHILLI PANEE:.Made with cottage cheese,green chillies,
           mixed vegetables and  sauces.
DAL MAKHANI:Ingredients in dal makhani are whole black lentin  
         with red kidney beans,butter and cream.


Palak Paneer: spinachtomato gravy sauce and paneer in a thickn 
              paste made from puréed spinach and seasone
         with garlic, 
garam masala, and other spices.

Aloo Gobi is a dry Indian cuisinedish made with potatoes, cauliflower
 and Indian spices. It is yellowish in color, due to the use of turmeric,
 and occasionally contains kalonji and curry leaves
Chana Masala:Made of chickpeas  onion, chopped tomatoes
                        coriander seed, garlic,chilliesginger, dried mango powder
  crushed pomegranate seed  and garam masala.

     Shahi Paneer:curry made with Paneer (cottage cheese) and tomato
               based spicy gravy laced with Indian curry spices.
Rajma: Indian vegetarian dish consisting of red kidney beans in a
gravy with many Indian whole spices and served with rice and roti.
Kala Channa:black chickpeas curry made with basic ingredients like
          onions, tomatoes and garlic along with the regular indian spices.
Bhindi Masala: it is stir fried okra (ladies's finger) that is slit and
                   stuffed with
spice mix such as garam masala
                       and other locally available ground spices.

                    Kadhi:It is a spicy dish whose thick gravy is based
                           on chickpea flour  and contains vegetable fritters
                            called pakorasto which sour yogurt is added to 
                              give it little sour taste. It is often eaten
rice or roti.
